Outline: This eight-story steel-frame building houses office spaces and a gallery, among other facilities. The upper portion features a lattice frame made of GRC panels, while the lower sections—floors 1 and 2—are constructed with brick walls. The brick walls are constructed by layering three types of bricks of varying sizes with recessed joints (approximately 2 mm), with every fourth brick protruding 4 mm from the wall surface. This staggered laying creates shadows and highlights the textural quality of the brick.
