- Relocation of the Irish House, formerly located in Kojimachi, Chiyoda Ward. In addition to the embassy, the building houses government agencies such as the Agency for International Trade and the Food Agency. Openings were created facing the central courtyard located in the middle of the building. The second basement level is constructed of reinforced concrete, while the first basement level through the fifth floor above ground feature a mixed-structure design combining reinforced concrete, steel-reinforced concrete, and steel framing.
