- This 23-unit row house was built on a former company housing site in Nishiogikubo. In order to blend in with the surrounding residential area, the entire building was divided into three volumes and finished with fair-faced concrete that transcribes the unevenness in the color of the formwork. Planting strips on both sides of the paved area provide a distance between the small path and the residential units, and the width of the path with ground cover plants and the small path also functions as a 4-meter-wide evacuation route as required by law.
