Outline: This project is a renovation and reconstruction of a former JR company dormitory into rental housing, consisting of two renovated buildings (renovation completed in 2017, 1.0) and one terrace building (completed in 2025, 2.0). The terrace building (46 units) has a deck on the approach to the first floor, and the deck is used as a shared lounge for residents, a shared kitchen, and a store and a store. In the renovated building (48 units), a retaining wall along the front road was removed, and the parking lot was converted into a grass plaza. The units on the first floor facing the lawn were converted into retail units and stores (only the stores were reused). In addition, a community management system was established by the residents.
