- Phase 2 of Nishiikebalei (2108 in this issue). A nine-unit housing complex was planned for the parking lot across from Chanoma (right photo). Since the existing building had been used as an event venue, a pilotis (approx. 31.05 m2 in area, 3,850 mm in height) was built on the corner side of the front road to ensure the functionality of the building.
