Outline: Five row houses on a flagpole site. Each unit has a "tube" at the entrance, which is intended to be used as a store or office. The architects considered the volume and number of units, as well as the planning of the residential and business portions of the combined housing, including business feasibility. The designer also acted as an intermediary for leasing.
