- On the site of the "AWAZUKU HOUSE" (2008), a rental housing complex to be completed in 2020, we plan to build the "AWAZUKU TERRACE" where 10 people will live in 5 residential units, renovate the existing house as a common house where the owner's mother will live, and make the whole area into the "AWAZUKU VILLAGE. The entire building is planned to be called "AWAZUKU VILLAGE" to expand the community. The windows and terraces of each dwelling are oriented toward the openings of the main house.
