- The CCI Group, which operates banking (with Hokkoku Bank at its core) and consulting businesses, has built a new 13-story tenant office building (photo at right), with bridges on the 3rd and 4th floors connecting it to the Hokkoku Bank Head Office (photo at left), completed in 2014, and sharing functions. The first through fifth floors are reserved for parking, social space, small offices, and meeting rooms, and the sixth through thirteenth floors are office space with terraces.
