- The technical research center of the Taisei Group (Taisei Corporation and Taisei Rotec Corporation), located in Satte City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It is the third R&D base of the Taisei Group, following the Taisei Technology Center (Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture) and the Taisei Rotec Technology Research Center (Konosu, Saitama Prefecture). It aims to be the first "Zero Carbon Building (ZCB)" in Japan.
