- The second phase of a large-scale development project on the site of the former Umeda Freight Station of the Japanese National Railways. Half of the planned site is used as an urban park, which represents a new way of urban development. The embankment landscape creates a public space crowded with people. The south wing will open in 2025, and the entire project will be completed in 2027.
