- One of the "Shimokita Line Street Project" to develop the former railway tracks created by the undergrounding of the Odakyu Line between Tohokuzawa and Setagaya-Dyota stations, this shopping street is planned to inherit the bustling atmosphere typical of Shimokitazawa. Of the five two-story wooden buildings, four are SOHO buildings and one is a retail and common-use facility, with a central plaza for common seating and event space. Each building leaves room for the residents to modify the eaves, exterior wall finishes, and other aspects of the buildings, thereby encouraging their proactive involvement and supporting the development of the space. The management company, Stroll, will handle the master lease, and will utilize its human network to attract unique tenants. The project aims to create a place for new challenges, while at the same time addressing the issue of vacant houses in the surrounding area. As part of the project, the architects also designed the "Shimokita Engeibu Koya," an activity center for local residents who take care of the town's plants, and a "green space plaza" on a site near the station, aiming to create a town network.
