Sazanami no Mori
Yoshiji Takehara /Moo Architect Workshop
- Outline
- The school opened as a kindergarten in 1979, and when it was converted to a certified kindergarten for children with disabilities in 2011, the existing light building was renovated and the water building (2011, upper right in the photo) was added, followed by the construction of the air building (2015, lower left) and the Sazanami Noie (2020, lower right). The environment has been developed over time in response to the needs of the local community. The unique architecture and garden in the undulating terrain provide a variety of places for children to be.
