- This 24-story (84 m high) high-rise consists of three sections of different heights. The building is a mixed structure with a reinforced concrete core, laminated wood columns, and precast concrete beams, and all horizontal forces are borne by the two cores. The floor consists of a slab made of CLT and concrete, and the CLT ceiling is exposed.
