- A 20-story, 74-meter-high skyscraper consisting of a civic center, hall, hotel, and other facilities in Sherefteå, northern Sweden, the "Silicon Valley of Trees. The building, including the elevator core, is constructed of CLT and laminated timber made from timber harvested in the surrounding area. The upper floors of the hotel were built up to the 20th floor using wooden units manufactured in a factory.
