- The symbol of Expo '70 Osaka-Kansai (2025), the world's largest wooden building is a circular structure consisting of 109 wooden frame units, 30 m wide, 20 m high, and 615 m in inner diameter, with a circumference of approximately 2 km. The joints are made by hollowing out columns and inserting penetrators, and the structure meets earthquake resistance standards. The construction is divided into three sections, and the construction method differs for each section.
