- A children's play facility built as part of the city's efforts to improve the child-rearing environment. The design, construction, operation, and maintenance staff of the SPC worked as a team and engaged in a series of dialogues to study how to create an "inclusive" building. The designers have been involved in the operation and maintenance of the park for the past 15 years.
