- This activity aims to build a platform for regional cooperation by proposing, practicing, and sharing renovation methods using a communication tool called "recipes," which is a development of the "Pattern Language" (1977) system, and regards the large number of dilapidated wooden rental apartments built after World War II as a social resource. The project encourages the participation of diverse players and shows the possibility of urban renewal as an alternative to scrap-and-build.
