- This is a building materials reuse project launched by Rotor, a firm involved in a wide range of activities from design to exhibitions and urban research. Focusing on materials discarded at the time of building demolition, the project rethinks the demolition method itself, adds new value, and establishes sales channels. The project started out as a small-scale activity by the company itself, but since 2016 it has been expanding as a cooperative in collaboration with demolition companies and real estate firms.
