- The 425.5-meter-high tower with a square grid façade has a column-free space created by the RC frame and slim core, and wind pressure is reduced by adding an outdoor floor. Common areas are located on the lower level, with 147 residential units on the middle and upper levels. The smallest is a studio of approximately 30 square meters, and the largest is a condominium of approximately 765 square meters with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The building permit was granted at this height because the building facilities occupy about 1/4 of the floor area, which is not included in the floor area ratio.
