- It consists of a chapel (cubic in shape) and other necessary rooms (gable-roofed in shape). The exterior walls are finished with split, unpainted red cedar in anticipation of aging. The chapel is a truss structure with columns and beams, 760 mm thick walls, and a 1,330 mm thick roof, with top-lit louvers and openwork walls with wider gaps at the top, which allow light to appear differently at different times of the day. The sound clarity was adjusted by selecting materials for the layered walls. The coordination of the environment through the composition of the walls and roof responds to the context and program of the architecture.
