- An open-air chapel built to commemorate a Swiss saint. The construction was undertaken by the local people, mainly the owner who runs a farm. The shape of the tree trunk used as a formwork shapes the interior space of the chapel. The concrete, made of river gravel, local yellow sand, and white cement, was poured in 24 batches to create the characteristic stripe pattern. 4 tons of lead alloy was poured for the floor after the wood had been smoked for three weeks to dry.
