- Redevelopment plan for a former spinning mill site near the Naka River, located in the center of Fukuoka's commercial hubs Tenjin and Hakata. A waterfront city was envisioned to attract visitors and promote the revitalization of the surrounding area. An experiential environment centered on a "canal" was realized. The development was designed as a "district" rather than a "building.
