- Arata Isozaki coordinated a group of housing complexes by six prominent architects on a reclaimed site that was formed after the 1960s. Stephen Hall proposed hinged spaces that can be adjusted by the occupants. Rem Koolhaas introduces a new type of housing that is neither detached nor apartment. The "megalithic" exterior wall is the base of an unfinished high-rise building (Arata Isozaki). Here, Isozaki coordinated a master plan that is not confined to a framework, but rather is passed on in a series of songs.
