La Congiunta – House for Sculptures

Outline
This museum houses only the works of a single sculptor. The space, covered with rough, unfinished reinforced concrete walls, is filled with pale light through high, translucent windows, emphasizing the texture and materiality of the sculptures and architectural surfaces. The viewer is confronted with the sculptures in a space devoid of any thermal insulation or unnecessary facilities.
