- As Japan's first large-scale, private-sector redevelopment project, it architecturally integrates high-rise office buildings, urban residences, cultural facilities, and landscaping. As the starting point of "Hills", the project realizes a three-dimensional environmental plan by combining the high-level use of the city center with the difference in elevation of the hillside.
