- The second floor is a beamless plate structure with a large overhang and six columns with orthogonal canes supporting the roof. Two of these columns are exposed to the interior space like a "wild" jungle. The third floor, a semicircular vault joined by a concrete shell, was decided to be extended after the design was completed, and has a heterogeneous form that creates a "gap" between the two floors. After the first style, which focused on the relationship with Japanese tradition, and the second style, which employed cubes, the building became the turning point for the third style, which is more abstract and radical with the introduction of a frame structure.
