- This was an experimental housing exhibition by the German Crafts Federation. It was a model for suburban housing complexes to cope with urban overcrowding, and proposed a simple architectural language, dry construction, and rational plan. Seventeen architects from Japan and abroad participated in the exhibition, and 33 houses were constructed.
