- The headquarters office, a "great hall of modern culture," was constructed on a site facing Midosuji Boulevard in accordance with the will of Osaka Gas President Naokata Kataoka. In 1966, the north wing was added to the building to create a single block. The current redevelopment plan, which includes the adjacent land, aims to inherit and utilize the historical value of the building in combination with the North Wing.
