- Ōkuma Town, Evacuated Entirely Following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, Began Phased Lift of Evacuation Orders in 2019. A community and industry hub was established in front of the station to serve as a foundation for recovery. CREVA Ōkuma functions as an office and interaction facility, providing an open indoor space accessible to all—a place for people to stay and connect, which was lost due to the disaster.
