- Development of a Company Retreat on Kashima-Owned Land at the Foot of Hanareyama in Karuizawa. Fourteen new villas were constructed for employee use, alongside the renovation of an existing building into a central house. The building coverage ratio was limited to 7.04% (permitted: 20%), preserving as many existing trees as possible. The landscape was carefully restored to create an enhanced natural environment.
