- Redevelopment Project in the Tenjin Area of Fukuoka. As part of Fukuoka City’s urban revitalization initiative “Tenjin Big Bang,” this project integrates the redevelopment of three buildings—Fukuoka Building, Tenjin Core, and Tenjin Vivre—into a single, unified complex. The new structure consists of 4 basement levels and 19 above-ground floors, housing a mix of retail, office, and hotel functions. Public plazas are incorporated at all four corners of the site.
