- Construction of a New Office Building (38 Stories Above Ground) as Part of the Toranomon 2-Chome District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project. The lower levels of the building feature lounges, terraces, and other gathering spaces accessible not only to tenants but also to the general public. A pedestrian deck on the second floor connects the building with the adjacent Toranomon Hospital (Shinkenchiku 1909 issue) and the neighboring Toranomon Hills Edomizaka Terrace (Shinkenchiku 2403 issue), integrating an approximately 8-meter site elevation difference into a cohesive public space.
