Outline: This office building is located on a long and narrow site between two elevated railroads. The upper trusses are laminated cedar, the lower trusses are cedar LVL, and the diagonals and bundles are larch LVL. 5,460 to 16,380 mm spans were used for the building, which was divided into five buildings of 500 m2 or less each in a quasi-fire zone.
