Outline: A community exchange facility renovated from a hot spring plaza "Hot Plaza Harumi". Each function is arranged around the stairwell. The existing columns, slabs, and beams of the staircase were used, and the columns were plastered with mortar and the slabs were painted with a light coat of paint. Minimal modifications were made to the stairwells, such as curves and edge trimming, to make them symbolic of the facility.
