Outline: This is a temporary facility built on the former site of the city's education center along Hisaya-odori. It will house an art lab, sauna, fitness center, and other activity-based functions. The building was constructed on a reinforced concrete foundation with a view to demolition/reconstruction, and all structural frames were bolted together. The span of the building was determined from the parking module, assuming that the building will be relocated to a temporary site such as a coin-operated parking lot in the future.
