- The project consists of three buildings: the main brewery building of Asahi Sake Brewery in Hyde Park, upstate New York, the newly constructed rice milling building, and the wastewater treatment building. The main building is a reused supermarket structure. The existing parking lot was reduced to about half of its original space, and a planting strip and walkway were added.
