- Tenant office building with 2 basement floors and 16 floors above ground. On the south side of the site, the Tsuchiura Kamekiro Residence built in 1935 (3503 in this journal) was relocated. Artwork was installed in the recesses of the six-story facade facing Aoyama-dori and in the open space.
