- The former residence of physicist Hideki Yukawa, built in 1933, was renovated. Haseko Corporation purchased the site and building, Tadao Ando designed the renovation, and donated the property to Kyoto University. The garden, tatami room, study, and other main rooms that Yukawa treasured were preserved, and functions that will be required in the future were added.
