Outline: A 300-unit apartment complex on the Noda Campus of the Tokyo University of Science. This real estate development project is based on a comprehensive collaboration agreement between Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company and Tokyo University of Science. A wall-type structure with on-site PCs was adopted for the layout of the dwelling units and balconies, and the construction of the Corona Disaster was labor-saving. The height of the fourth and fifth floors of the residential building was determined by environmental simulation. An external staircase facing the courtyard was installed as the main access to each building.
