Outline: This wooden rental apartment house is located on the Takahashi Farm in Niseko, Hokkaido. It was planned as a flagship model prior to the community development project "Niseko Murai. The convex and concave exterior, named "Iemure" (house group), is divided into volumes so as not to deviate from the scale of the surrounding detached villas and residences.
