MOKKURU

STUDIO IWASE

Outline: A playground for children from 0 years old to elementary school age, located on the first floor of the Ibaraki City Culture and Child-Raising Complex "Onikuru". The undulating terrain is equipped with slides, jungle gyms, and a paddling track, all of which help children develop their motor skills in a well-balanced manner. Some of the equipment is made from trees cut down in the former Ibaraki River greenbelt adjacent to the northeast side of Onikuru.
