- An urban park and a convention center were planned to be integrated on the site where a railroad facility used to be located. a gentle slope, which takes advantage of the long east-west shape of the site, provides access to the second floor, where the main entrance of the convention center is located, while strolling through the park. a rest area surrounded by greenery and a lawn are located along the main pathway, providing a place where citizens can rest and relax on a daily basis.
