- A complex facility with three halls and an art gallery. the site is located on the axis connecting hirakata city hall park on the east side of keihan hirakata-shi station to the yodo river, and is intended to create a green connection. the interior is also dotted with top lights and light gardens, creating a layered composition of greenery and light that connects to the exterior space.
