Outline: The shimokita line street project is a group of facilities planned on the site of the former railway line between higashi-kitazawa and setagaya-dyota stations of the odakyu line, following the undergrounding of the line. among them, the "shimokita garden art club koya" (located in nansei plus on the south west side of odakyu shimokitazawa station), the "green space plaza," the "srr project space" gallery, and the "bonus track" (this magazine 2005), a group of commercial stores integrating work and residence, are located in the nansei plus building on the south west exit of odakyu shimokitazawa station. tsubame architects also created the "hora building," a soho across the street.

Location
