This seven-story wooden building is located in front of Sendai Station in Sendai City. Columns and beams made of ordinary lumber are used to support the COOL WOOD fire-resistant wooden members, and the first to third floors have a two-hour fire-resistant structure, while the fourth to seventh floors have a one-hour fire-resistant structure.
