Outline: This redevelopment project consists of an office tower and a residence tower in the Takeshiba area of Minato-ku, Tokyo. A pedestrian deck connects JR Hamamatsucho Station to the Yurikamome Takeshiba Station and Takeshiba Pier, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center is planned to be located on the lower floors connected to the pedestrian deck. On the lower floors connected to the pedestrian deck, the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center is planned again, and shops and halls will be installed to create a lively atmosphere in the Takeshiba district.
