- The library is located in front of JR Kuroiso Station in Nasushiobara City. The library was planned as a more open space in front of the station, which will become the new face of the city. At the same time, the public activities and exhibitions displayed on the bookshelves open to the city are intended to be a learning opportunity for passers-by.
