- A two-building complex consisting of a hotel, offices, commercial facilities, and a theater is planned on a 23,000m2 site, while retaining the existing theater. View of the tower building. The tower building has terraces on each floor, creating an appearance that twists and turns continuously from the dais-like terraces on the lower floors toward the upper floors.
