MIYASHITA PARK

Outline
This is a project to rebuild Miyashita Park in Shibuya Ward, which was established in 1966, due to its aging and lack of seismic performance. The project was promoted by Mitsui Fudosan as a partner in a PPP project, utilizing the multi-story urban park system. In addition to the former park and parking lot, commercial and hotel facilities have been integrated.
