A 100-unit company housing complex for single employees of the YKK Group. The housing complex consists of three sections: two sections adjacent to Kurobe Station (sections A and B) and a section adjacent to the YKK Kurobe Makino Plant (section C), and K-HALL, which consists of commercial and multipurpose halls, was constructed as a community facility.
